How to link a word in a doc to the paragraph

I would like to know how to link a word (underlined for example) in a
document to the paragraph about that word. Reader would click the word and
would be taken right to that paragraph for the description/explanation.
Thanks.....

Bookmark the target location, select the Word you want to use as a trigger,
then insert a hyperlink to the bookmark. It might be advisable to use
another hyperlink to take you back again.
