command prompy

Can someone tell me how typing from the run window can you
get to the command prompt? I know you can type cmd but
can't you also type command? This was a question on the A+
test, and both answers were there. Which one will do what?
 
Start | Run | cmd | Opens cmd.exe
Start | Run | command | Opens command.com
