Command line for changing files / folders ownership

Ok, I finally found myself in a need of a command line for changing files /
folders ownership.
Just like chown in Unix / Linux.
I've been googling but haven't found anything yet.
Any ideas ?

ms gates

subinacl.exe, fileacl.exe

Fileacl.exe is easier to use.
