If terminating the application is acceptabel (unsaved data will be lost):

For WinXP Pro (not Home), you can use taskkill.exe

An alternative:

PsKill.exe in the free PsTools suite at http://www.sysinternals.com/


If you want to be presented with a "Do you want to save your data" by
the application if any unsaved data exists, the free Cmdow.exe (using
the switch /CLS) is an option:
