Coming out of Standby - Clock does not update.

I am using windows XP Home edition. If I place my system to Standy at 8:00
PM, when I take it out of Standby the next morning, the Time still reads 8:00
PM the night before (When I placed it into standby).

Has anyone seen this error before?
