Like the rest of the people when I travel and hook up to WIFI I can not send
an e-mail - I get the address error What's up with that ? In scaning thru
the list of messages you would think somewhere Window's would have sent a
solution. This is driving me crazy ! What the Hell is the solution ?

The reason is common and and has been discussed in a number of support messages.
In other words, the folks supporting this newsgroup have answered the question.

You are not connected to your ISP when you travel and use free WIFI.
Your account settings most likely use the output port #25 which is blocked by your ISP when you are not connected directly with them.
They do this to prevent spam problems from getting them black-listed.
You can call your ISP and see if they support a more open output (smtp) port number.
Or you can go to your ISP's web mail site and send from there.
Or you can use a mail service like gmail which does not care who you are connected with.

Since Roadrunner is a cable company, you're going to have to carry a really
long cable with you as you travel.
Or use their webmail.
