Combat Flight Sim.#3

I just received Microsofts "Combat Flight Simulator 3 for
Christmas, and I need to know what I have to do to get it
to work for me! I have a Compaq Presario computer with
Microsoft XP Home Editon software. I guess I must need
some sort of game card. I also was given a "Blackhawk
Joy stick" several years ago and was wondering if it
would work as well with this hardware?? I am in my early
70's and I am not up todate on all this technology to say
the least. Any help you can give me would be appreciated.

Hi Bob,

Lets see if your video card is up to spec for a game like CFS 3.

Here are a few ways to identify which video card you have
installed on your computer. Use whichever you find easiest.

1. Click Start / Run / type: dxdiag
Click the Display Tab
Look under Device for the name and manufacturer

2. Click Start / (Settings) Control Panel
Click Display
Click the Settings Tab
Click the Advanced... button
Click the Adapter Tab

3. Click Start / Run / type: msinfo32
Click on the + Components
Click on Display to see the name on the right
