I'm getting this message when a run an application on a new pc with winxpsp2.
I have this application installed on other pcs and it works fine. Also this
pc is on a network, when I am signed on as administrator on the pc the
application works, when I am signed on as a power user is does not work and I
get this error message.
Any thoughts>
