DCOM Error

Hi,
i've just installed public RC of SP3 for win xp, and now this error comes
out:

************************************
Event Type: Error
Event Source: DCOM
Event Category: None
Event ID: 10016
Date: 09/02/2008
Time: 2.02.47
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: EDDIE
Description:
The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Launch
permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{DCBCA92E-7DBE-4EDA-8B7B-3AAEA4DD412B}
to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID (S-1-5-18). This security permission
can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.
****************************************

The application with ID "DCBCA92E-7DBE-4EDA-8B7B-3AAEA4DD412B" is
"Quarantine Private QEC Binding class".
So i went to the Component Services administrative tool to change security
permission but i'm not able to find it. There's neither app with that name,
nor one with that ID.
Does "Quarantine Private QEC Binding class" have another name in the
component service tool?
How can i solve this annoyance?
Thanks

So when you go look at:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{DCBCA92E-7DBE-4EDA-8B7B-3AAEA4DD412B}

what is the application listed as the inprocess server under that
entry? "Quarantine" makes it looks related to whatever anti-virus
program you use.
