Com+ system application error

After removal of pccillin, computer has become sluggish. Error log shows
that "com+ system application" will not run. Attempting to start the service
produces error 1067. Anyone know a fix?
 
To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type (or paste in): SFC /SCANNOW
