Hi,
I have an error message below and don't know how to fix it. I really don't
want to re-install Win XP home edition. Any suggestions? It all started
when I tried to install the Win XP SP1. After installation, Win XP does not
boot up displaying error message. I reload Win XP as fixing error instead
of "full installation". Then I was able to boot up. Nearing the end of
reloading, the below error pops up. My question is two parts. The first is
how do I fix the below error? The second part is how do I install SP1
without my system crash again (I tried to install SP1 twice and both times
it crashed and could not boot up)? Thank you in advance for any assistance.
Sub-component COM+ raised an exception while processing the
OC_COMPLETE_INSTALLATION setup message.
