com+ error in setup

while installing components, msdtc crashes, then i get this:

sub-component COM+ raised an exception while processing the
OC_COMPLETE_INSTALLATION setup message.
...\csetuputil.cpp (line 7507)
Error code=0x800706BA

anyone know what (may have) happened?

You're probably getting the MSBLAST virus during installation. What happens
if you disconnect your network cable and then attempt an installation?
