Column Headings

With a recent update, a file I use frequently has been changed. The column
headers are no longer labeled A, B, C, etc. - they now read 1, 2, 3, etc.
How can I change them back?
 
Hi,
I assume this is an excel question and not access. You might get more and
better advise posting in the appropriate group.
BUT...check the following:

Tools--Options--General--uncheck R1C1 reference style.
