Colours

I have an Excel Spreadsheet with different colours in certain cells. The
colours show up on the screen, but when I print the spreadsheet the colours
do not. Only prints black/white. I have checked the printer settings are
all is fine. Other spreadsheets will print with the colours.

What about the page setup? Do file > page setup > sheet, make sure black and
white is not selected

You probably looked at this already, but there's
File -> Page setup -> Sheet -> Black and white
It's a check box to specify that you want colours to be suppressed.
