Coloring a Shared Calendar.

When I color appointments in my Calendar, and send them out to my coworkers,
I see my colorings fine. However, my coworkers cannot see the colors I have
used, even though we all have the same labels for the same colors. Is there
any way that i can send the color with the appointment so that it looks the
same on everyone's calendar without everyone having to manually label it?

How are you sending the appointments? Are you all using Exchange as your mail server?

No, coloring is a user defined option and does not translate when sending.

account will be deleted without reading.
