Color coding

How do I designate automatic color coding when making appointments for
different people on the same shared calenda?. Both calendars are published on
Office Live, (Outlook 2007), and are viewable by both parties. When I drag
appointments from the other calendar to mine, can I keep the calendar color
for that calendar for that appointment?

You can only keep the color if they have a category assigned and you have
the category and color set up on you computer too.

It's nothing to be afraid of :) Unless the categories get lost when you move
the appointment... if they remain on the appointment, add the categories to
your Outlook.
