Color printing

I have a computer with Windows 2000 Advanced Server, printer DeskJet
1220c. Printer does not print COLOR pictures, just Black and white.
The driver for this printer I've got from HP' site (http://www.hp.ru).
The cartridge is OK because I can print with color from another
computer (Windows 2000). What's a problem?

The first thing that I would do would be to uninstall all printer software,
and make sure it is gone....
Drivers: Start > Settings > Printers > File > Server Properties > Drivers
(remember, uninstalling a printer is different than uninstalling a printers
drivers)

Test the printer on this machine using the HP Deskjet 1200C drivers that
are included in Windows 2000
(In-box drivers are very stable, and are great when troubleshooting
printing issues)

Test the printer on this machine using the HP Deskjet 1200C drivers that

are included in Windows 2000

The printer with this driver printed the black-and-white test page. If
I tried to install the driver from HP's site I received an error
message like "Installation not complete" or something similar. I
tested HP-driver on my computer (Windows 2000) and everything is OK. I
tried to install the driver for NT - on W2k-computer - OK, on W2k
Advanced Server - an error message

I installed the driver for Deskjet 1220c on my computer (Windows200)
and printed test page. It's OK! Then I tried to install this driver on
another computer (Windows 2000 Advanced server) and received an error
message like 'instalation not complete' or something similar... I am
confused
