color printing problem on Lexmark X73

Suddenly, I've developed a problem with color printing. I gave out of ink
from excessive use and replaced new ones. The black works but the color
won't. I've purchased new cartridges and replaced both color and black.
Only the black works. Now what? I've got to use this thing? Help!

You probably need to run maintenance and cleaning cycles, see your printer
manual for instructions. It's a good idea never to let the ink cartridges
run out completely, as you have discovered.
