color print

My color doesn't print. I have a new cartridge in. It
was working and just stopped. The cartridge is 3/4
full. It only prints black and white.

No printer prints white!!!!!

After you changed cartridges, did you perform and cleaning and maintenance
cycle and an alignment cycle as in the printer manual? Was the old color
cartridge completely empty when you changed it and had it been empty for a
while?

What make and model printer are you using?
