Color graphics and Envelope printing problems

When I try to print an #10 envelope that contains a color graphic, the starts
printing immediately resulting in an envelope that has the address 1mm from
the right edge of the envelope with return address somewhere near the middle.
When I change the graphic to B&W (greyscale) the envelope prints exactly as
it appears in the document.

HELP!? I do want to use color graphics.

What version of Word, Windows, Printer Model and driver version?
How are you creating the envelope in Word and how are you
inserting the graphic?
