Color Coding Folders

I have read on here for the past several years people asking how and if they
can color code folders in Outlook, and the response that almost everyone of
them receive from the MVP's is that "Microsoft does not support this".

It seems to me that this is a feature that most all Outlook users would love
to have. I understand that Microsoft receives thousands of requests like this
hourly, but I don't see this being a huge upgrade fix. I could be wrong, but
come on Micorosft, people have asked about this from Office 2000, Office
2003, Office XP and now Office 2007.

Sorry, just a rant.

No, that only colors the actual email text. I am talking about the folder you
place that email into. I use folders to differentiate jobs I am working on. I
have up to 50 folders sometimes, I would like to color "completed"
jobs/folders different than active ones, so at a quick glance I know my
status.

You can't color code the folders themselves.
