color cartridge won't work

I just upgraded to XP, I reinstalled my Lexmark Z42
printer, purchased new color and black cartridges. Now my
color cartridge doesn't print but the black one does and
the test page from the printer says I have it hooked up
correctly. Any ideas on why the color won't work.

There are such things as bad cartridges.....

Read the manual to ensure you have every setting correct... if still
nothing, return the cartridge and get it replaced.
