Coe 10 error Sigmatel c_major audio card

I cannot seem to get this darn Audio card working, it will
detect and install the card, but it will not work at all
due to a CODE 10 error, all the drivers I know to install
just do not work. Can someone help with this?

Unless you get lucky and someone reading this group uses that particular
card (since it isn't a more common Soundblaster or Turtle Beach), you'd
do better contacting the card mftr.'s tech support.
