CODEC ERROR when Importing AVI File from my ATI TV Capture Card

Hi,
I'm getting an error saying I have the wrong Codec when trying to Import a
Video File, which is an AVI file I created from my ATI TV Wonder USB 2.0
Capture Card.

The specs on my Capture settings for TV is MPEG-4 640x280. This file plays
fine in Windows Media Player 9 and I'm having no other issues w/ my graphics
card or Windows Movie Player...everything runs smooth.

SO, can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong. I'm a little savy, but still
learning how video editing works and all.

Thanks very much in advance!

By the way, this is the error message I'm receiving:

The file C:\Documents and Settings\Craig Perkins\Desktop\video\VTS_01_1.mpg
cannot be imported because the codec required to play the file is not
installed on your computer. If you have already tried to download and install
the codec, close and restart Windows Movie Maker, and then try to import the
file again.
