your 'kingfisher' is a Nuthatch. Your not likely see a KF this time of year, unless you in a warmish south part of the UK. :)

What a philistine your landlord must be to destroy that lovely, natural area. Seems to be the norm with a lot of folk these days. See a tree and they promptly get the vapours.

Thanks I did wonder as it did not seem as flashy as the one I saw in summer.

So what is the treecreeper then ? It loves going up and down trunks and I have never seen it sitting on a branch. Fast little mover aswell. :D

TaffyCat philistines are saints compared to 'ol Spud. :cool:

So my little chap is not a treecreeper then :) So what is it ??
I looked at my pics and your pics back and forth and can not tell if they are the same type of bird :confused:

Ha d a quick peruse of your pics and I particularly liked one of a lake with clouds reflected in the water and another with rocks on the left with water on the right. Some really neat shots. Wish my camera was just a tad better or had a bigger pixel count. :D

that pic is a tree creeper ... missed it before, they good at hiding on tree trunks
