Cnbabe.dll remove

please could someone give me some help with the
following.I recently got broadband in my home,i installed
per manual instructions but could not make any
connection.i phoned my isp and they chaeked the modem
plus my home telephone line,all was perfect.i was advised
to scan my pc and found a file called Cnbabe.dll i phoned
back my provider and they advised me to delete it,in
their opinion i was hacking my broadband bandwith.i would
be extremly greatful for any advice on how i can remove
Cnbabe.dll i have tried removing it but it said it's disk
protected???? I hope i have worded this post in order to
be understood.thanking you in advance of any future
return.

From what I read it appears to be a spyware related
file. You can do a search on google or go to this page

Click on the link provided on the page above and it will
give you removal instructions. You may want to also run
Spybot or Ad aware to remove any spyware.
