CMMGR32.EXE Entry point not found
The procedure entry point CmFmtMsg could not be located
in the dynamic link library cmutil.dll

This message appears upon opening Windows XP Pro.
What should I do?

Is there ananswer to this problem out there. I have a friend that has
it also. My gut feeling is a corupted cmutil.dll file. But noe 100%
sure
