.cmd problem

c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe pops up randomly in a dos
style window then dissapears quickly. It minimizes
programes which are not open on the desktop eg games.
Does anyone know why this happens and how it can be
fixed. Thanks
 
Check for spyware/malware/hackware with Ad Aware 6 or Spybot Search and
Destroy.
 
Also check for viruses/worms/trojans.
