Cmd window is Cat_E-Wonkus

This is in my target box, but the cmd window won't work correctly at
full screen.
I thought I had it working at one time.

You need to tell us in detail what you mean with "the cmd window won't work
correctly at full screen". Remember - we can't see your screen!
