Closing Messages

I get a "Program not responding" for the following
Program when logging off my screen-

TRd ww: C:\WINDOWS\System32\ru...

and

TRd ww:C:\Program Files\Common...

What does this mean and is it fixable with re formatting?

Do you have Total Recorder Installed??? (Because the Trd error's tend to be
associated with that Application).
