TRdww - error on shutdown

Hey all
PLEASE HELP
I can't seem to find this anywhere on the net........
When I click shutdown, I get a message that I need to
shutdown TRd ww - and then it lists several different
directories -- it's never the same. norton, roxio,
windows etc. I have to click end now about 7 or 8 times
before it actually shuts down. When I click it, it
closes but then opens again and again and again.
Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Go to the startup tab of your system configuration
utility and disable all the startup items; that would
temporarily resolve your issue.

To do this: Click Start-> Run-> type msconfig and hit
enter. go to the startup tab, disable startup items and
click apply and click on close and restart the computer.
