Hi

A client has lost her password and cannot log onto
Win 2000 O/s

Is their a way around this or do I have to
connect it as a slave drive to get info off
then re-install.

In short, there is no way around it if you do not have a local account to
use. You could install a parallel copy of the OS, then you can get to your
files. Or as you have mentioned, install the drive as a slave in another
system, get your files, then reinstall.
