Client for Microsoft Networks

I have a home network with 3 computers. All is going well, but one can not see the other computers. I am assuming I need to use Client for Microsoft Networks, but that selection is not available when I try to install Client at the connection. Can anyone shed some light on this.

Reinstalling the adapter in device manager may be the easiest way to fix
this.
