Clicking sound

I've had this problem a couple of times in the past but forget how to fix it.
I now hear a clicking sound every time I click on a new web page, I know
the solution is somewhere in Internet Options. Thanks for your help.

It's in the Sounds applet in Control Panel -- look for one called "Complete
Navigation." Year after year I'm mystified how this can continue to be a
default selection. It's even the same in Vista.

you are looking for 'Windows Explorer' grouping,
start navigation and complete navigation are the 'clicks'
