clicking on a link

Hopefully you can help me.
I cant click on a link and open a new window. I have
done everything from this site
http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/IEFIX.htm
uninstalled and re-installed ie6 sp1, and the updates,
but still nothing.
What can I do now?

Is it a javascript link? or all IE links.
Try disabling pop-up killers and 3rd party browser extensions and see if it helps.
