This funcationality works in Outlook 2000, so I know the email is formatted
correclty. However, when the same link is clicked in the email nothing
happens in Outlook 2003.

I have re-registered urlmon.dll - with no success.

Open IE and click Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings.

Brian - thanks for the response

I have read through numerous posts on similiar issues and can now give more
information:

Reset settings doesn't work.

Some links work: Like the notificaiton email from microsoft that I had a
reply to my post.

When I hold my mouse over the link, it does not say http... it says

outbind://8-00000000D9122532E13C5B47B33C566E90A566D8070024444B7C3982D611B4BE00065B3E9AF4000004B06A0A0000F67E9DB2B19E154F89F375552C89557E000003045BD80000/

Holding the shift key opens the URL in a browser, but it doesn't decode all
the information into a real URL .

So my guess is outbind is not working.

How do I correct that?

Jeff
