Clicking Link Opens Blank Window

I upgraded to Outlook 2003 today. Now when I click on any link in an email
it opens a new Internet Explorer window but the window is completely blank.
The address bar is blank too (it doesn't even say "about:blank", which is my
default, it's completely empty). If another browser window is already open
when I click the link, a new browser window opens up and the link is
displayed like it should. Is this a known issue?

Do you have a pop-up blocker installed? If so; disable it and see if it
still happens. Note that the Google Toolbar also holds a pop-up blocker.

The Google Toolbar blocker is disabled and I don't have any other blockers
installed.
