click reply and OE sends

Before I can write a message, OE sends. If I delete a message in the IN BOX,
it will delete 2 or 3. Sometimes if I just want to highlite a message, it
will open.

You could try readjusting your mouse properties (in Control Panel >
Printers and Other Hardware > Mouse).
