CLI Fatal Error on Boot

Each time I boot my system I get Fatal CLI.exe errors. Can anyone tell me
how to eliminate this problem?

Do you have ATI Catalyst Graphic Control Card?.
Try this:
http://ati.amd.com/products/catalystcontrolcenter/index.html
You need to get the Latest Driver for your ATI Graphic Card if you have one
or Uninstall it from your Device manager then Reboot and the system will
detect it and install the driver or you can Insert the CD.
