Clearing "stored" Ids and passwords

Hi:

Sometimes, when accessing different sites on the internet, Microsoft
"offers" to save your logon information - both the user ID and password. How
do you clear these IDs and passwords? I would prefer that they are not
accessible and would rather type them in every time for security reasons.

I have looked in both IE Options and under Control Panel and I assume that I
have missed it b/c I can't find what I am looking for there.

Thanks for your help.
