Clearing Inline AutoComplete Automatically

Does setting the Clear History on the General tab of Internet Options also
clear the inline AutoComplete? Specifically, if I begin to type a subject in
a yahoo e-mail message and a drop-down menu gives me similar options, can it
be assumed that those options are within the time period of my Clear History
option? Thanks.

The "Clear History" option clears the Typed URLs and removes the URLs from
the Index.dat. Auto-complete data should not be affected anyway.

Thank you for your quick response. It leads to another question. What does
affect the autocomplete data and how can one find out how long it is stored?

As for how long it's stored..there is no such time limit AFAIK. Things that
may affect the Auto-complete data is the incorrect permissions to the
ProtectedStorage folder (this leads to "stored password" issues such as
application not saving passwords...and so forth). Note that I'm talking
about the AutoComplete (for Forms) option.

"Inline Autocomplete" option which is found in the IE Options Advanced, is a
different setting.
