Clearing a print Que

I am needing to clear a print job that is hung in the
lexmark Z23 print que. I have logged on as the
administrator and all the jobs deleted except the one
that looked to be causing the problem. It says it is
deleting but never goes away and not I cant get it to
print (all jobs fall behind it). Any Ideas on how to
clear the print que would be greatly appreciated.

Go to start, control panel then into admistrative tools or
performance and maintence - If going into performance and
maintence then go into administative tools - from there
click on services - Look for the word print spooler, right
click on print spooler left click on restart - That should
clear the print que - If not restart the computer.
