Clear cache?

I know this is an easy one. I need to clear my cache for
the IE6 browser because there is an internet page that
has been changed, but I keep getting the old one. I can't
seem to figure it out. Can someone help.

go to this site,look for the line that says clear catch
on reboot,click it open ,then reboot.I think you want to
empty out the file too!So before you do that,start,,,all
programs,,,accessories,,,system tools,,,disc clean-
up,,,check everything except compress old files(if you
check that you may need that site from above line 48
compress old file freezes),,,select your drive(like
C ),,,ok---------clean up files---------then go into your
IE ,,,tools,,,internet options,,,then clear
history,,,clear cookies,,,delete files(check the box for
offline content)then OK,,,then donload that fix from the
site for clear catch,and reboot.Also good for cleaning up
porn i've visited so my mom doesn't find it.LOL!
