CLEANMGR.EXE

I was wondering if anyone can tell me about this process,
it runs on my computer in the task manager and shows that
it uses up to 97% of my pc's capacity. does anyone have
any ideas or suggestions on what is going on? Is it
normal?

Save on Desktop.
Double click the icon once downloaded.
The icon can then be discarded.

Thank you, that fixed that problem, now a file over.exe
is using all the processing power, any ideas about that
one?
