cleanmgr.exe ?

my computer is operating slowly. when i checked in the
task manager i saw that "cleanmgr.exe" was responsible
for 90-97% of the CPU's usage. also when i try to run
disk cleanup it won't open, i only get the loading
screen. is this problem a factor in the slow speed of my
computer?

Will make your computer very very slow, and run you cpu very very hot.
My systems have all done the same thing and a reboot always fixes.
