Cleaning up a local *.pst file

Hi.
I have user that have stored too much e-mail into a local pst file. Now he
would like to archive all e-mails that are older than 3 months into a new
local file with the same structure of his folders as his main archive. To
copy the whole pst file and start to delete e-mails is not the preferred
solution.
He is running OfficeXP and Microsoft Exchange account, with a local ost file.

He can use AutoArchive for that; it does all that you described. Note that
AutoArchive works on the modified date of a message so it will move the
messages that have not been modified (edited, moved, etc) in the last 3
months.
