clean up xp for Autocadd only

I want to clean out all the stuff running in background
on my new pc. I DON'T want:

Internet
Networking
Task Scheduling
Other similar stuff

I just want explorer to work and Autocadd to run as
efficiently as possible with minimal stuff running in
background. Under msconfig, I see a multitude of
startup and services, but no good way to ascertain which
to disable. Any suggestions?

Note: with sufficient memory autocad will run fine without tweaking
services. We run autocad 2002 and 2004 on xp boxes with 512mb of memory and
all the xp bells and whistles on and it runs fine.
