Clean up blank window

Clean up has quit finding any files to clean up. Everytime I run it I get a
blank window where the list of types of files to clean were listed.

I have been using Perfect Disk to defragment. I don't know if that's a
factor or not. I have Windows Media Center XP on a HP laptop.
