Clean Install?

do i have to do a clean install?

is there an option to install on upgrade?

i am only asking as my download is only at 49% so dont know of any options yet

You can do an upgrade. But from my experience the Clean Install works better

so will i have to back-up my computer and delete the partition, then start
again with a new install of vista?

If you have enough free space, you can create a logical partition of 11.3
GBs or more and install Vista on it.

If you are doing a clean install you can start the install from the cd and
then elect to format the partition but backing up is definitely recommended!
