Clean Install?

Will Windows Update(s) Files be Retained or will they be removed from doing a "Clean Install" of XPH? I know my files will be removed, I am more concerned with the Updates.... Thanks
 
Your hard disk is completely erased in a clean install of Windows XP.

Think about it.. clean install.. start over..

the updates are removed as well, you will need to go

back to update and download them again
 
Your capslock key is stuck.. you may want to replace your keyboard too..
